Her career has spanned global financial institutions, Fortune 500 organizations, and leading consulting environments, where she has successfully driven operational excellence, strategic growth, data transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
Throughout her career, Charnette has led complex, cross-functional programs involving business transformation, process reengineering, merger integration, operating model redesign, data enablement, and large-scale technology migrations. She has managed global teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia while overseeing strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, organizational scalability, and long-term business growth.
Her expertise includes strategic planning, financial leadership, project and program management, organizational transformation, process improvement, data analytics, governance, and operational execution within highly regulated and fast-paced environments. She is recognized for her ability to simplify complexity, build scalable business solutions, and lead organizations through high-impact transformation initiatives.
In addition to her executive leadership background, Charnette is the founder of Elite Advisory Services LLC, where she focuses on financial education, business strategy, entrepreneurship development, and wealth-building solutions designed to help individuals and businesses create sustainable growth and long-term success.
Charnette is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University, as well as a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management & Strategy from Kellogg School of Management.
